Typically, a regular diet is a healthy meal plan that includes a variety of healthy foods from all the food groups. To keep your body running smoothly, you require three main meals (Fiber, carb, and protein) coupled with healthy snacking to curb cravings. By eating a wide variety of foods in the right proportions and consuming the right amount of food and drink to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight is what does it mean to really have a healthy balanced meal.

What is a balanced diet? A well-balanced diet that focuses on providing all the nutrients that your body needs. It comprises of macronutrients like protein, carbohydrates, and fat along with micronutrients which include vitamins and minerals. Each of them has a different role to play in maintaining various body functions.

Vietnamese food is my ideal cuisine. Personally, first and foremost, it has to be the Taste and the Flavor. Vietnamese cuisine looks simple yet very complex in flavors. The taste is consisting of sweet, salty, spicy, sour, bitter, and pungent all figure prominently in Vietnamese cuisine so there is a dish available for every craving and mood.
